Our vintage barn used to have 1 large light at the top, but we decided to switch that off and light it up with bulb lights in the tree instead. What do you think? Be sure to take a peek next time you're driving by the Hop & Vine Inn on 68th Street in Fennville, Michigan!

Thanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
