Our unique West Michigan corporate retreat is centrally located in the midwest, just 45 mins to the Grand Rapids airport (GRR), 2 hours to Chicago, 3 hours to Detroit, & 5 mins to Lake Michigan. The retreat venue, called the Hop & Vine Inn, includes comfortable meeting spaces and 18 individual guestrooms (some with multiple bedrooms and all with their own bathroom) to ensure each team member has a place to comfortably call their own during your corporate stay. 

Your company event takes over our entire inn, and the property is exclusively for your work team, without the distraction of outside guests.

Summer (June 5ish - Labor Day): $3500/night
Fall & Early Spring: $2900/night
Winter (Generally Nov. 1 - April 30ish): $2500/night ($2900/night for holidays)

Payment Schedule: 
25% due at the time of booking
25% due 1 year prior to arrival
50% due 6 months prior to arrival
*All payments fully refundable until 6 months prior to arrival.

Are we a perfect fit?

We (Dan & Amber, the husband & wife proprietors) live a couple doors down with our 4-year-old twins and 2-year-old. One of us greets you upon arrival, answers any questions, and shows guests to their rooms if helpful. We then leave you to enjoy the place as your own, but we stay available to ensure your business trip goes smoothly, and we are happy to offer assistance and area suggestions.
