Whether it's a women's craft retreat, quilting retreat, or scrapbooking retreat, the Hop & Vine Inn has space for you to create, relax, and make memories comfortably. Guests have been giving great feedback about the homey work space with the big fireplace, indoor pool heated to 90°, large commercial kitchen, and accommodations with character. The crop spaces

Our unique venue provides several intimate areas for 1 to 5 6ft tables, rather than a single large "gym-like" space for the masses. This keeps the noise level down and allows friends who want to catch up to have a space to themselves for crafting, but also enjoy the community atmosphere when they choose to visit the communal areas. 3 connected crop spaces on the main floor available 24hrs

• Dining Room: 4 6ft tables (3 wood, 1 Rubbermaid), 1 4ft round table (wood)
• Living Room: 4 6ft Rubbermaid tables (+1 6ft table against wall for crafting or storage, wood)
• Sunporch: Can be heated with notice in the cooler months. 2 4ft wood rounds, 1 6ft Rubbermaid table

Bonus Spaces for Additional Tables

• Bonus Room: Bonus room upstairs of the other spaces for another 4 6ft Rubbermaid tables (this video tour shows the Bonus Room)
• Other spaces for more private tables (not connected to other areas):
  • 1 6ft desk located in the main kitchen
  • The Nest Room can fit 2 6ft tables (included in this video tour)
  • 3 townhomes have 4ft round wood tables and can fit a 6ft table with a little rearranging (view video tours of Pier Cove, Tulip Time, & Lower Peninsula)

Each crafter gets their OWN room! Crop spaces will be set up for you in the dining room, sunporch, and living room.

So, how's the weekend work?

Exclusive access: The space is for you and your group (no outside guests).

Payment: One contact person will take the lead and will provide payment.

• 25% due at the time of booking
• 25% due 3 months from the event
• Final 50% due 1 month from the start of your stay
• Payments are refundable until 30 days out.

Check-in: 2PM Friday (*As early as noon likely in the winter months.)
Check-out: Noon Sunday (*As late as 4PM likely in the winter months.)

General Info: 

• The innkeepers, Amber & Dan, live next to the property and are always near enough to provide you with recommendations, assistance, and essentials (pool towels, corkscrews, and forgotten items).
• No smoking indoors, but smoker's areas are provided outdoors.
• We love fur babies, but pets are not allowed.

Rates below are for 2 weeknights (Sun-Thurs)
(Ex. $170 for 2 nights per person or $85/night/person)
Winter weekend rates are $2000/night, 2-night minimum, $4000 for Fri-Sun +tax
