The big kitchen off of the dining room includes a residential stove and oven with optional airfryer mode, side-by-side fridge/freezer, large commercial fridge, large microwave, commercial sanitizer (does a load of dishes in 3 minutes!), and a large sink with disposal and an additional small sink.

- Several pack-n-plays (with sheets provided) available. Just let us know prior to your day of arrival which rooms will need them, and we'll have them waiting for you.
- Baby gates throughout the common areas (see below video)
- Additional baby gates located in our 2-story townhome units (Tulip Time, Pier Cove) and the 2-bedroom unit called Great Lake. (Feel free to move these as needed; we just ask that they are put back prior to departure, so the next families can easily locate them!)
- 3 highchairs and 3 booster seats in the common areas
- 3 additional highchairs (which attach to chairs) located in each of the units with a kitchen (Tulip Time, Pier Cove, Lower Peninsula)
- Kiddo plates & silverware located in the main kitchen
- Guest laundry room, stocked with detergent and dryer sheet, irons & ironing boards, extra towels & linens for rooms, extra soap/shampoo/conditioner, additional pool towels, sewing kits, spare pack-n-play sheets & mattress protectors, kid-safe outlet covers. Commonly forgotten items: Toothbrushes/toothpaste, razors, a couple beach towels. (See the full tour in the video below.)

- Now for the amenities that the KIDS will be excited about: Indoor pool with 1ft deep kiddie pool (both heated to 90 degrees), game room (with tabletop shuffleboard, Pong console, and foosball), playground, giant sandbox (AKA the sand volleyball court), yard games, and tons of indoor board games, puzzles, and a few indoor toys
What should guests bring?
Pre-chilled drinks are always a good idea, as any fridge filled with a lot of warm beverages will take a long time to cool (Tip: Throwing a couple bags of ice in the fridges can help this process along if non-chilled bevvies are the only option).
Beach towels (we have a few located in the guest laundry room) and beach gear (chairs, coolers, etc.)
Beach chairs, but we have a few in the sunporch, along with several bag chairs (foldable camping chairs).
We provide a canister of coffee along with filters and a box of sugar and powdered creamer to get you started, but bringing along favorite coffee grounds (or beans and a grinder), liquid creamer or favorite creamer/sugar, and paper hot cups is a great idea. A few boxes of tea and ceramic coffee mugs are provided.
Paper products (plates, cups, plasticware) for those wishing to minimize the amount of dishes a big group can create.
Since no glass is allowed in the pool, it's a good idea to bring beverages that are in aluminum or plastic containers.
Name slips/signs to clip onto each room's door if you'd like to label rooms.
3 of our full-size fridges have ice makers (found in the main kitchen, kitchenette, and townhome #5), but additional ice can be purchased at the Shell Gas Station a half mile north on our road.
Locals can BYO firewood, but it isn't advised to haul firewood long distances, as this can spread pests. We provide a complimentary wagon of firewood. Firewood can also be purchased from a local roadside stand 1 mile north on the west side of our road, or at the Shell Gas Station (1/2 mile north on west side).
Reservations. A few of the fun things in the area accept reservations, and they could likely be booked up before your day of arrival, so planning a bit ahead and getting your Saugatuck Dune Rides tickets (tickets available 2 weeks prior) and some boat tour tickets (Retro Boat Rentals or sailboat tours) ensures you won't miss a thing during your trip! (Star of Saugatuck Paddlewheel boat does offer same day ticket sales)
